排骨包
[color=#990000]年初,一山东的朋友来我家玩,呵呵....从他们夫妻俩的身上学了不少,包饺子不会调馅,现在学会了,还学了包大包子,乐的我哟....

做包子当然得先发面咯,取一个盘子,在里面加两小碗的水,再放点盐,然后就是放发酵粉了,现在天气热,在水上面洒上一层就可以了,调开,把面粉放进来和面,要揉的光滑些,还有不能太软了,比饺子面硬一些,揉好后盖住发到两倍大就可以了..[/color]

[color=#990000]发面的时候先把馅调好,排骨:要小排(买了40元的小排,回来后又自己动手剁小,要越小越好),垛好的排骨加姜末,葱末酱油,盐,糖,葱伴侣的豆瓣酱,顺一个方向调匀,再放油拌一下..白菜切小丁,加盐出水..[/color]
