干煎大黄鱼
制作方法:黄花鱼洗净抹干,将黄豆酱抹上鱼全身(图2),然后放入冰箱1天。第二天把鱼身上的黄豆酱全部擦干净(图3),(如果黄豆酱的味特别浓郁,那就要洗干净),烧热锅爆香姜丝,慢火将鱼煎至熟并二面金黄,放入葱段略煎9^#{a1U&~'_e
