肉沫蒸蛋

鸡蛋三个打碗里加一咖啡匙盐充分搅打,瘦肉末约一两,喜欢加香葱的人可用两棵切碎,油两匙(如果是化猪油就只需一匙)蚝油两大匙,熟白芝麻适量。
