自制老豆腐

原料:内脂豆腐1盒、干黄花10根、干木耳5朵、老抽30ml、白糖5克、水淀粉45ml、辣椒油适量VMrKl{&@0R S

1.内脂豆腐取出后切成大块,汤锅中的水烧开放入3克盐,然后放入豆腐焯烫约15秒钟,然后关火暂时不用取出豆腐。干木耳和黄花提前用温水泡发备用;:q$G0NCkS I b
