1.先将各种主料分别清洗干净沥干,然后将韭菜切成3厘米左右的段,香菇切成片,千张切成粗丝,红尖椒切圈,生姜切丝,大蒜拍松后去皮切粒;

2.热锅放油,下入姜丝、大蒜、红尖椒圈,煸出辣味后下入香菇与千张丝,翻炒两分钟左右;
