1.将酵母中加入少量30至40度的温水,搅拌成溶液后倒入面粉中,再加入适量温水,充分揉至面团光滑后将面团放置于温暖的地方让其发酵一个半小时左右,当面团发酵至未发酵前2倍体积大时即可;
