糖醋脆皮鱼(过程图)[12P]
这道菜大概有十年都没做过了,呵呵。今天周末就在家试着做一次,恩~过程还算记得清楚。下面直接上图吧。

主料:鲤鱼一条(大概1斤)

调料:白醋、糖、料酒、番茄沙司或着番茄酱、盐、味精、水淀粉

1、将鱼洗净撒干水分,在鱼头下部切一刀、鱼尾部同样,抽出鱼腥线。

2、鱼身改刀,切瓦块片。从鱼肉最厚的背鳍下刀,尽量不要切到鱼肚子,不然过油炸制的时候容易断开。
