~u2X6Q%P)S 原料1：西兰花，我们这个卖4块5一斤，我买了四块钱的，胡萝卜我买了一根五毛钱的。
*\M/c\?jAc_q 步骤1：西兰花把根稍微切掉点，然后用手掰成小朵就行了，然后洗一下。]\

步骤2：胡萝卜洗一下，可以去皮也可以不去，切片。
m%{r/g Q;BX7U 步骤3：锅中烧水，水开加点盐，倒入西兰花过一下水，2分钟就可以了，时间不要太长。qa)R|2zV0h
步骤2：水再次开的时候倒入胡萝卜，过水一分钟捞起。

步骤4：锅中底油，油热倒入西兰花和胡萝卜，大火翻炒2分钟。D }m3r&j
